In yoga there are many different powerful pranaymana practices that control, enhance and harness the possibilities of our breath in order to connect to, explore and transform how we are feeling: energetically, physically and mentally. In this session, we will explore several different techniques, feel their effects on the nervous system firsthand - whether uplifting, soothing, stimulating or replenishing - and discuss how and when we can bring them into yoga and life.
